#ArtofPossible: The Metaverse- Gimmick or Revolution?

27 October 2022 @ 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Join our community of innovators & entrepreneurs for the next edition of our award-winning event series; in-person & virtually

or some, the arrival of the metaverse seems a little sci-fi. For others, it’s a natural evolution of how we interact online. The metaverse is likely to become part of our reality one way or another.

When the possibilities feel complex and endless, how do begin to imagine how its disruptive potential will impact society and business as technologies become more widespread and sophisticated.

In our October Art of Possible, we will try to demystify the metaverse and hear from leading experts & tech disruptors who will discuss the potential future impacts (good and bad!) across a range of industries from EdTech to entertainment.

As ever, our interactive panel discussion will be followed by the opportunity to meet your fellow attendees and speakers over drinks and bites. If you’re not local, you can still join us virtually.

Meet the Panel:
-Opening/Welcome by Dr Susie Mitchell, Programme Director at Glasgow City of Science and Innovation (GCOSI)
-Chaired by David Sime, CTO and Co-Director Riiot Digital
