  • The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group at Robert Gordon University seeks to diversify the North East economy through supporting the development and growth of student, staff and alumni startup ventures.

    With the world of work changing and innovation more important that ever, Robert Gordon University runs a range of projects to develop a culture of entrepreneurship. Their Innovation Masterclass events seek to inspire with guest speakers, and Innovation Skills workshops provide practical skills development opportunities. Furthermore, the funded Startup Accelerator gives teams access to equity-free funding, incubation space, training and more.

    Robert Gordon university’s Innovation Station and co-working space in partnership with Opportunity North East and Codebase in the former RGU Schoolhill building provide a hub for startups in the region. RGU also offers corporate training, high school workshops and competitions and free learning activities. Their ambition is to create significant new ventures across all subject areas, prepare our communities for the fourth industrial revolution and create a positive impact on society through skilled, ambitious and impactful innovators.
