  • Entrepreneurial Scotland is a member network and leadership development organisation providing opportunities for like-minded ambitious individuals to share experiences and develop their leadership skills.

Entrepreneurs have particular traits; two of which are passion and self-belief.  They are positive thinkers and think in a certain way.  If there is a problem, they will find a solution.  They overcome obstacles.  Entrepreneurial Scotland wants to harness this way of thinking by showing examples of turning negatives into positives and how the ordinary can become extraordinary.  The team aims to inspire, develop and connect Scotland’s current and future leaders to build the most entrepreneurial society in the world.

The network helps its members thrive via tiered membership options:

    • Emerging: for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who share an appetite for career and leadership development.
    • Growing: for owners of early stage, growth companies and senior and director-level organisation leaders.
    • Leading: for founders, owners and CEOs or MDs of leading and scale-up organisations.
    • Business: for organisations looking for different skills and an emerging way to develop their top talent.

Members have access to a year-round programme of events delivered all around Scotland, mentoring support, global development opportunities through our Saltire and Scale-Up Programmes, unique job opportunities and access to a unique talent pipeline.
