  • Living Wage accreditation celebrates employers that choose to go further than the government minimum. The Living Wage employer mark is awarded to Scottish employers as a symbol of responsible business practice.
Living Wage accreditation celebrates employers that choose to go further than the government minimum. Research shows that paying the real Living Wage helps businesses recruit and retain better staff, reduce absenteeism, and encourage higher productivity.
Accreditation is a simple online licence that doesn’t require oversight of your payroll or accounts. All you need to do is pay your directly employed staff over the age of 18 the real Living Wage, as well as paying it to subcontracted workers, who are regularly on site 2 hours a day over an 8 week period.
Your accreditation will be promoted on social media and you will be invited to Living Wage Week events during Living Wage Week in November each year.
